Xavier is an amazing tour guide and a very friendly guy. He will customize your trip to your preferences, guide you through the history of wine making, and bring you to a vineyard where you can see the process and taste different wines combined with food. The locations are incredibly beautiful and inspiring. You can tell he is really passionate about what he does and very curious about your inputs as well. Highly recommended experience.
